Willow Glen Jamboree Itinerary

MHS Field Hockey Itinerary
Please find below all the necessary information about this weekend’s Tournament. If you have any questions please give me a call @ 831.233.2006.

Friday: All Varsity players are required to attend. JV players are strongly encouraged to attend Friday’s games. All students are excused from class at 11:50; the bus to Willow Glen leaves MHS @ 12 pm. Our first game is at 4:00 pm vs. RLS; our last game is at 6:15 vs. University. We will return to Monterey immediately following our last game. We are scheduled to arrive at MHS (Pacific St.) between 8:45-9 pm. Players will need to be picked up at MHS…on time!

Saturday: We DO NOT have transportation to Willow Glen. Players will need to make arrangements to carpool with parents to Willow Glen. All Varsity players are required to attend! Please arrive to Willow Glen no later than 9:15 am, prepared, dressed, shoes/shin guards on, and ready to play. We have three games today: 10am vs. San Jose, 12pm vs. Willow Glen B, 2pm vs. Homestead. If you need a ride, please let the coaches know ASAP. If you can provide rides up and back, please let the coaches know ASAP!!!

What You Need: Kilt, Both Green and White Socks, Both Green and White Jerseys, Stick, Shin Guards, Mouth Guards, LOTS of WATER, Sunblock, Snacks, Money for Merchandise, a Ride on Saturday and Water, Water, Water!!

How Parents Can Help: If you are able to provide transportation on Saturday, please let me know via email or call me at 233.2066. I will put together a Ride Share List and distribute as needed. We would love for all of you to make it up on Saturday. If you are able to attend and would like to help out, we could really use healthy snacks, water, and ice. Thank you!
